Image Previewer
Image previewer allows the user to conveniently look at all GIF, BMP, JPG, TIF, etc., files in a computer by simply clicking on the mouse to change directories and selecting the image files to be previewed. This is a Windows program. A sample screen is shown below.
Image Previewer was actually used to convert *.BMP files from a screen capture utility to *.GIF files so that they could be used as graphics in the WEB pages that I constructed.
